About the SWT Mechanical Sand Reclamation Line
The SWT family is a Mechanical Green/Clay Sand Reclamation and Preparation Line for recovery and reuse of suitable foundry sand. Thermal resin-sand reclamation is a separate engineered system or module, not the standard configuration of SWT-10, SWT-20, SWT-30 or SWT-40.

- Reclaimed-sand quality: Controlled removal of fines and contaminants supports sand reuse. Actual recovery and reusable-sand quality depend on incoming sand, losses and the selected process, and are verified by material balance and sand testing.
- Dust and environmental planning: Dust extraction, cooling and environmental acceptance requirements are defined for the selected system and installation location; no fixed recovery percentage or universal compliance guarantee is stated.
- Customized system design: Layout, capacity and production interfaces are configured for the foundry project.
- Material-use planning: Fresh-sand addition and disposal requirements follow the actual sand balance; savings are project-dependent.
- Factory support: Setup, training, spare parts and maintenance support follow the agreed supply scope.

Throughput conditions: Nominal capacity is not a universal whole-line output guarantee. Actual output depends on incoming sand and the cooling, screening, conveying, lifting and preparation bottlenecks. Confirm the project process balance and acceptance conditions.
Project-Defined Equipment and Utilities
A typical mechanical process may include shakeout, conveyors, magnetic separation, screening, cooling, lifting/storage, reclamation/conditioning, dosing and mixing. Actual equipment, sequence and supply boundaries follow the approved project process flow diagram and equipment list; every unit is not automatically included in every model.
Electrical loads, dust-extraction airflow, cooling utilities, control interfaces and installation layout require project confirmation. Do not size utilities from nominal sand capacity alone.
Separate thermal system: Resin-sand thermal reclamation requires its own engineered process, heat source, utility schedule and acceptance criteria. It is not represented by the SWT mechanical-family table above.
Recovery acceptance: Reusable reclaimed-sand mass is assessed against spent sand entering the defined process boundary, excluding new-sand additions. Publish measured recovery only with the relevant material balance and test conditions; no substitute benchmark percentage is given here.
