HTJX Fixed External Pipe Shot Blasting Line
The Fixed Steel Pipe External Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Line uses V-type rollers to move and rotate pipes during external-surface cleaning. The HTJX models are selected for the pipe diameter, length, wall thickness, condition and required surface result.
Handling, installation, blast-wheel layout and wear protection are defined for the selected project configuration. The current family is not a portable quick-setup job-site system; a dual-chamber arrangement is not specified by the approved table.

Fixed External Pipe Shot Blasting
The HTJX family is a Fixed Steel Pipe External Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Line. V-type rollers support pipe travel and rotation for external-surface cleaning. This technical table does not describe a portable job-site machine or an independently verified dual-chamber system.
Surface preparation: Sa 2.5 may be a typical / design target for suitable steel pipes under defined initial surface, abrasive, travel speed and acceptance conditions. Ordinary cleaning/descaling is not a tensile, compressive or fatigue-strength improvement guarantee.

Before quotation and installation: Confirm the actual pipe envelope and load, handling/roller arrangement, blast-wheel package, electrical load list and site layout. Initial abrasive charge, dust-extraction airflow, liner material/thickness and control/safety functions require the selected BOM and drawings; they are not inferred from this reference table.
Wheel positions, conveyor settings, abrasive circulation and wear protection are configured for the actual pipe and process. Any genuine portable or skid-mounted product requires its own engineering documentation and is not implied by the HTJX table.
