HT Portable Sandblaster Model Selection
Compare the current Hitech model charge capacities and empty weights. Nominal abrasive charge is separate from geometric vessel volume and from the full operating mass.
Recommended working pressure: 0.6–0.7 MPa(g) / 6–7 bar, gauge pressure, for ambient dry compressed air. This is not vessel design pressure or maximum allowable pressure.

Maximum allowable pressure: subject to the pressure-vessel nameplate and approved design.
Hydrostatic test pressure: according to the approved pressure-vessel design and applicable inspection/test documentation.
Nominal abrasive charge capacity is not the total geometric vessel volume. Working mass depends on empty weight and the actual abrasive charge. Vessel dimensions, wheel dimensions and design pressure are confirmed in the selected model documentation.
Nozzle, hose, compressor free-air delivery and connection sizes are selected for the actual configuration. Piping connection size refers to the main air/abrasive-valve connection, not the nozzle bore. Safety controls, relief devices and air-treatment equipment must be defined by the approved configuration and operating documentation; certification or test results are product-specific.

Does a larger pot guarantee faster cleaning?
No. Pot charge mainly affects refill frequency. Nozzle duty, air supply, abrasive, surface condition and acceptance determine the process.
Can vessel pressure be selected from the working-pressure recommendation?
No. Use the pressure-vessel nameplate and approved design for maximum allowable pressure and test requirements.
